Enough, Already!!

 Okay, Mama Nature, I don't know what's causing your mood, but enough already!! I enjoyed the sunshine and warmer weather we had earlier - but this cold rain, wind, thunder and lightning has grown old. I know I'm not the only one who's tired of the weather, but this is really putting  my mood in the toilet!! And it's making it difficult for me to think of positive things. My apologies!

No matter what it's like here, it's always worse somewhere else. A college friend who lives in Chickasha, OK, posted a photo on Facebook last night of her dog cowering in the corner of the shower - from her description of their weather last night, that was a smart place to be. Another Facebook friend in the Sandhills of Nebraska is talking about snow. So........buck up, girl! It could be worse!

I got a bad case of cabin fever this afternoon. We got out for awhile, walked at the inside track, got groceries, checked another local store. It helped. I haven't even felt like cooking this week, so anyone who knows me will agree that my mood's off kilter! Oh! I did get a deal on some marinated turkey breasts at the grocery store. That was cause for joy.

I'm hoping for a really good night's sleep and a better weather day tomorrow. We're forecasted to hit the 60's.....of course, we've had that forecast the last couple of days and just didn't come anywhere close to that temp. We'll cross our fingers for tomorrow!
